AUTOSPOT.COM.PL – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") define the conditions of use of the website, with offers to buy, sell and cooperate in the sale of a car directly or indirectly through the website www.autospot.com.pl.
Each person visiting, using or providing information to the Administrator agrees to abide by the provisions of the Regulations.

1 - Definitions
Administrator - Auto Spot sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pruszków, 05-800 Pruszków, 19 HenrykaSienkiewicza St., entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Warsaw XII Economic Department under the number 0000667140, NIP 5223085378, REGON: 366730864, share capital of the company: PLN 30,000.00.
User - any natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality using or visiting the website www.autospot.com.pl or providing information to the Administrator as part of using the Website.
Tenderer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality submitting an offer to the Administrator or reviewing the full Advertisements.
Announcement - information regarding the sale of a vehicle detailed in an announcement posted within the Service, the content of which is posted on the website.
Service - Internet portal operating at www.autospot.com.pl.
2 - Preliminary provisions
By opening, browsing and using the www.autospot.com.pl website or submitting a bid for a posted advertisement, the User confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions (including the privacy statement).
The www.autospot.com.pl website, its content, system, including the online vehicle bidding system available on this website are owned and operated, provided by the Administrator and made available exclusively for personal, non-commercial use by the User, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
The Website offers the User the opportunity, online in real time through the website www.autospot.com.pl, to read the Announcements to make an offer under the terms and conditions set by the Administrator.
3 - Responsibilities of the Administrator
The Administrator provides the technical conditions for reading the Announcement via the website www.autospot.com.pl, and the possibility for the Bidder to submit an offer.
The Administrator's tasks within the accomplished property of the Website include enabling Bidders to read the Announcements.
The Administrator does not guarantee that its system, server or applications will work uninterruptedly, will always be available and will be free of errors. The Administrator is not responsible for any interruption, whether temporary or partial, in the functioning of the Website related to the failure, repair, upgrade or maintenance of the www.autospot.com.pl website.
The Administrator will inform about the unavailability of the Website on the website www.autospot.com.pl and, if possible, about the expected duration.
4 - User's Obligations
The User using the Website is obliged to use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose and is obliged to comply with the prohibition, posting by e-mail, sending or otherwise making available content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, violating the privacy of others, spreading hatred or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; posting, uploading, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available content that you do not have the rights to make public; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available content that infringes rights protected by patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or infringes other rights under third party property rights; post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise make available "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation; posting, uploading, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available content containing computer viruses or any computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the "software" or "hardware" of any computer or telecommunications device.
The User shall be liable for damages resulting from failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
The User has no right to resell the content of www.autospot.com.pl, to place deep-links (deep-link) to the site, to use it, to copy it, to use special programs to search the content of the site, to present, download and distribute any content or information, software, products or services available on www.autospot.com.pl for any commercial or competitive purposes and activities.

6 - Final provisions.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, the remaining valid provisions and conditions shall continue to apply. In such a case, the invalid provision will be replaced by appropriate, legally compliant provisions.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Law on Personal Data Protection.
